Property was great room was decent. The bathroom needs a lot more attention wasn’t clean and had mold in the shower area. The charge $15 for breakfast which starts at 8:30 we got there around 8:45 and half the stuff was empty eggs were cold coffee mugs were dirty with lipstick marks of them.

Great property for active kids. Big lawn to run around in. My toddler loved the bunk bed. They had activities in the lobby, and the staff was friendly. The indoor pool was nice (just very cold!). Dutch Wonderland is literally across the parking lot and they have discount tickets. The character breakfast was also really cute. Only downside was that there is a light outside of the room that attracts bugs so it was hard to go in and out without bringing in flying critters. Would have been great if we could turn that off ourselves. We will def be back.

Room was disgusting, hair found in shower, stains in blankets and sheets. Room was filled with gnats. We booked for 2 nights, left following check in. Drain backed up in shower. Check in supposed to be a 4, room wasn’t ready until 5:30. The staff was friendly and helpful, however it seems they are severely understaffed. The person running indoor coffee shop was also in charge of the poolside food cart, which never opened. The website advertised gluten free food options, however, nobody was able to tell us what those options were and the menus provided did not have anything gluten-free listed. The location is decent with outlets across the street and Dutch Wonderland literally next-door .

We were at the property for less than 3 hours and it was a horrible experience. Upon walking into the room, we were hit with the smell of mold and mildew. It was incredibly humid and the ac had some kind of black mold growing on the vent. The carpet next to the bed had a white/yellow puddle of liquid on it and it soaked completely through our socks when we stepped on it. The bed skirt near the puddle had a yellow stain. We inspected the mattress and the white bedding for bed bugs and found wet brownish yellow stains. There was also a spot where it looked like pink makeup. The walls had dried food on them and the paint was badly chipped. The toilet took two or three flushes to completely flush down, and it never stopped making a noise like it was still running. Aesthetically, for the price, the room sucked. There was hardly anything besides a picture hung up by packing tape and minimal themed bedding. The gift shop is incredibly overpriced and does not offer refunds or exchanges, and does not take cash. This location is falsely advertised as a hotel but is actually a motel. You only get a room in the main building if you book a suite. I paid $275 for one night and I am being given the run around about receiving a refund.

Our rooms floor was disgustingly dirty. They need to have a professional cleaning company once a month or 2 at least and shampoo carpets. My kids played on the floor while unloading the car and by the end their socks were almost black. Restaurant didnt have good food either and was way overpriced. Youre just paying for the name of the hotel !

Took our grandkids(4/5) to Dutch Wonderland and spent the night here. Kids really enjoyed the pool and splash park. We had two full size beds- not super comfortable . The hotel was pretty quiet . Would come back as the kids really enjoyed their stay.

The hotel looked like an old motel painted to look nice. Overall it wasn't bad, but looked dated. Tried to check-in 15 minutes after check-in time but my room wasn't ready. There were 3 TVs in the room, one for each bunkbed and one for the regular bed. Only problem with that was all 3 remotes controlled all 3 TVs. So anytime one of the kids changed the channel on thier TV they changed all the TVs. Also i know its not thier fault but they really need a better entrance/exit as turning left out of the lot is a little treacherous. I would stay here again as the kids really liked it, but as a paying adult i would expect just a little bit more from a themed hotels.

Stay was nice my son love it ! We had so much fun in the water park and hotel waiting to see characters my son was super happy he got to see his favorite characters ! But it would be amazing if they had more statues of the characters around the hotel so kids could take pictures and see more Cartoon Network statues like the ones in the front of the hotel and the sprinkle park .. also my son wanted to buy plush toys and didn’t have in the store only in the claw machine we played like 25 dollars in it and grabbed all the time the toys and they all fall didn’t win nothing horrible claw machine only spend money and my son was so sad it was his birthday and he spent his money gift in there and did not get toys !! But overall good experience love it.

The location of the hotel is near to many dining and shopping options however the cons are numerous. We arrived early for check-in and were told by the front desk to check in at 11:30 because our poolside suite wasnt ready. Then, we had to come back more than 3 times only to find out that they gave the room that we paid for to someone else. After disputing with the front desk, they finally found a suite for us near the pool. The outdoor pool is small and once full with people its too congested to swim without bumping into someone. The walls are super thin and you can clearly hear people talking above you from the bathroom. The bathroom had small bugs in the tub and ceiling. In the morning, the guests above us and to the side of our suite were always smoking pot. The smell was overwhelming for myself and my son who are asthmatic.Horrible experience and will definitely be staying at another hotel when visiting Lancaster.

This was a great experience for all ages in our family! The pools were amazing, both indoors and outdoors. The activitiies scheduled each day gave our kids something to look forward too and gave us options without having to leave the hotel. The arcade and toon room were both a hit and the arcade was inexpensive and there were games and options that gave our kiddos an opportunity to win!

The person who checked us in was awesome. We had multiple interactions and they were always very sweet. The broken elevator display was extremely disheartening. That was your best feature. People hogged all the chairs at the pool and weren’t even sitting in them. There’s no menu displayed at the pool shack. The indoor pool stunk so bad like chlorine. The fact that you need a key card to pee. The room we had had a half eaten strawberry on the floor lots of damage and flimsy patchwork and hairs that were not ours the sheets had some stains on them. Bleach splashing on the walls. You can see thru the windows at night you have to rig the curtains with hangers very creepy. Like the stairway to no where. Eek. The fire pits got turned off at ten even though they were all occupied and it just got dark. What’s the point of them? Bring back the outdoor games.

The hotel was cute for children. Staff was short handed in the dining area, store, and front desk but they were friendly. Our shower head broke and we did call for maintenance but no one showed up. Breakfast buffet food was great for price.
