「I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the housekeeping services during my recent eight-day stay. The information provided in my room stated that cleaning, as well as fresh linens and towels, would be provided every three days. 「The room was comfortable but you could hear people moving around in the room above us. Fortunately, we were on the first floor. I don't believe they had an elevator. The breakfast was marginal at best. I did enjoy the coffee. Despite my thoughts, we'd return when the need occurs.」

The bed frame was extremely loud and squeaky that made it impossible to sleep if someone was rolling over. It was OK for the price, but was really disappointed in the moldy food.」
