「They only had one person working at the reception. It took over 40 minutes to get the rooms. Huge cue. When a second person finally came he helped someone who was not in the cue. 「Office is only monitored M-F business hrs. So not sure how to communicate after hours? We arrived late on Thursday and were not in the room we booked. Dealt with that issue in the morning on Friday and it was quickly resolved and our parking space was moved to a secure indoor parking space once they noticed we had bikes.
