The staff were amazing. Especially the gentleman on the 3-11 shift. We had my 86 year old father with us and they made sure he had a ground floor room close to front desk. Very helpful. He went over and above. Didn’t get his name but thank you

I beleave that reserving with a third party, you will not get the best rooms, ours was in the back facing the railroad with railroad trafic and industrial panorama. Our room was spacious but empty and had no desk with drawers, we had to leave our clothes on the second bed and we were there for 5 nights. Breakfast was good and well prepared. The hotel was close to downtown 15 minutes walk and parking was not a problem

We had decided impromptu to get a room due to our early flight the next day. The location was central and easy to get around from and the staff was attentive to any questions and issues we had. If coming back to Saint John, would stay here again.

Rooms were spacious and clean, perhaps a bit bare and minimalist and the breakfast was better than expected with a bigger variety of hot items than you would typically see.

Hotel was fantastic. Travelled with 3 kids. Room was plenty spacious. Only con I will say was that breakfast was cold, also while sitting in the breakfast area , seen a homeless woman walk in through the front door to grab a yogurt and left (although this was caught by front desk)
