"Breakfast has plenty food, parking easy, room is clean and bed comfortable. Staff very friendly. Enjoy the stay and highly recommended."

"The rooms are clean but very small, so everything is cramped together. Parking is okay. The breakfast space is so small that two people can't stand to make coffee/tea, take food at the same time. The breakfast is boiled eggs, muffins and sliced bread. or croissant. Breakfast is served from 7:30am, so you stand no chance of taking food if you have a meeting at 8AM"

"The stay was good but basic essential needs were not available. There was no provision of water available, one needs to buy from their vending machine or bring from outside. Secondly, only one charging port was available to charge one thing at a time which is not feasible if you want to charge multiple devices together. Furthermore, there was no access to online streaming platforms, one have to login their account on their device. So no availability for entertainment. The lights in the room used were deemed and yellow light was fixed, which was leading to eye strain or headache. Bathroom had a constant pungent smell during the entire stay and the cooler available had a very extreme noise which was not helpful during the sleep"

"Rooms were extremely clean and had a luxury feeling without being too costly. Easy to not have to go through a check-in process and being allowed to head straight into our room. Staff was on-call and helped tremendously when my phone died and I could not find where the door to our suite was located. Kitchen had a good and limited selection. I was a little scared of parking as I didn't know if I would get a spot, but there was enough spaces(5) for each of their rooms."

"If you just need a bare bones place to sleep this could work. Bed was comfortable and very clean. Bathroom adequate attention to cleaning the grout would help. "

"I stayed here as it was recommended by a friend, the area is great. You are close to the main strip and the water. The check-in attendant asked me if expedia offered me free parking and i said no- so she laughed and said they usually do- this was poor customer service. I asked her if she can offer me free parking, she said no and laughed again- super strange way of making customers feel welcomed. The room was dirty, there was finger print marks everywhere, especially the mirrors. I would not recommend nor visit here again."

"This is in a great location. Right near a go station or even the street car that runs west to east along lakeshore boulevard and queen street. Highly recommend checking out port credit to the west for a night out as well as some of the food in Lakeview as well around the hotel."

"I would not recommend this property. There were noise disturbances all night in the hallway which were not dealt with by staff despite complaints. Rooms were not sound proof. Check in was a bit of a nightmare."
