"Our first room's patio exterior door did not lock. Maintenance came and looked and did not return. We ended up getting Expedia involved after no response from the hotel staff with a solution. Eventually they moved us to another room around 11 p.m. and the next day to another suite, which was what we originally paid for. After sending an email to the hotel manager the next day, things quickly were rectified but it did spoil the trip a bit. Elements restaurant needs a good cleaning and is very expensive for what you get. The food is okay but not worth the money. The pools are great and the grounds are well kept."
