「Very nice and small property built around a swimming pool. Reminded me of some places we stopped when I was a kid in the 70's, but updated with a fantastic pool area and great front desk staff and amazing cleaning staff. This is a place I would go back to any time I am in the area. The only (very small) negative thing for me was that the bed was super firm, but I still slept good enough.」

「We found this gem over July 4th weekend. If you are looking for a pet friendly place to stay in the heart of downtown Dunedin, this is it! Our room was comfortable with plenty of space for us and our dog. We had an outside patio with a small grassy area for a quick bathroom break for the pup. Incredibly convenient.They keep the grounds incredibly clean and tidy. The staff,excellent. So nice and welcoming. It’s in walking distance to everything in downtown.
