"Checking into the property was easy and straightforward. The rooms were nice and clean. Stayed on the second floor - took awhile to get hot water to the shower. Only thing that we did not like was my wife tried calling ahead to see if the room had a refrigerator, but when she called all she got was an automated answering system with prompts and was never able to get in touch with anyone to answer her question. "Every time we come to Madison we stay at this hotel. Perfect location and excellent service. My only complaint this time is that we requested service for the room on Sunday, left at noon, returned at around 8pm and room was not cleaned. This is the first time that had ever happened so I assume there was a miscommunication somewhere. Governors club level is definitely worth the extra cost. "
