「Booked a double bed queen, paid extra for that and when came to get the keys, the staff said they were overbooked and couldn’t provide the double beds. Had to sleep in different rooms, as well as the property itself was very poorly maintained with all the amenities lacking or not in good condition.」

「I reserved two rooms. 1 king Efficiency and double queen room. The double queen room had visibly dirty bed spreads and a microwave that locked on us after heating up our food. The hotel staff came and took off the spreads, said they would send someone to make the beds and they never came back. The hotel clerk came to check the microwave and said they would bring a replacement and never came back. I went down the next morning to request a replacement and one was brought up to the room. 「I stayed for five days and this was my first time at the property and I have no complaints the staff was excellent especially Chanel l don't think that's how you spell her name but she works 3 to 11 and she was very nice to me the rooms have washer and dryer I really loved that the patio area was great only thing it was missing was a pool but I will definitely stay again」

「Had the best stay at Decoy's!!!! Cottage #1 exceeded our expectations - THE VIEW!!! the adorable decor, the most comfortable bedding... I could not recommend this place more. The area is super safe and kid-friendly. The cottages do not have front desk staff available in person, but everyone we spoke to over the phone was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We made the most beautiful memories here in the cottages with our family - 5 stars all around. Thank you, Decoy's!」

「This hotel was TERRIBLE. When we travel, we ALWAYS stay at a Marriott Holiday weekend sold out hotel - NO Towels, had to ASK for towels 3 times, was told they had no clean towels or wash cloths and was waiting for them to finish washing. They brought up BLUE POOL TOWELS/ POOL was closed, Bugs in my room. My Kids had to KILL a COCKROACH!!! Not to mention I lookup at the ceiling and it was a BIG bug in the ceiling LIGHT fixture!! 「This hotel didn’t have a pool for the kids also my room toilet didn’t work. The managers were horrible there. The lock on the door was unsecured. You just could push the door opened. My stay was horrible there. I would not stay there again. Never again!」
