「The photos are very deceiving. The floor in our room was so disgusting that your feet would be charcoal black in a matter of seconds from walking barefoot in the room. When we brought this to the staffs attention they tried to blame it on us when we hadn’t even been in the room for 12 hours. We asked to have the floor mopped and they said they would send someone but no one ever showed up to mop. 「Junk hotel where people who are down on their luck LIVE. Walked into the lobby and knew I was in trouble. It was filthy. Should have known better to go to the room but I did. There were bicycles everywhere and half dressed men leaning over the railing smoking marijuana hollering how nice my truck was. Got to the room and was afraid to touch anything. For a non smoking room, tops of gen dressers were covered in cigarette ashes. The floors hadn’t been swept in a month of Sundays. Cobwebs hanging...

「Property was so clean and had all amenities!!」

「The experience here was totally lackluster for what we paid. The rooms were nice and new however it was small, there was no room phone to call the front desk, zero service clean provided during our stay even when we requested it, and getting towels took an eternity. The sink had guck inside the sink hole it seems it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. We were given garbage bags instead of laundry bags, forced to eat off tiny plates when requested, and met with attitude from staff just for asking...

「We were pleasantly surprised by how great the staff was as well as how nice the Inn was. We were shown the property upon arriving, including when the happy hour was. We met some of the nicest travelers from Germany, Tennessee, as Panama! It was a fun bunch of people to meet. The best part was the breakfast; praline pancakes! So delicious! John Earl was such a gracious host. We’d definitely recommend a stay at the Azelea.」

「Although the place was under renovation upstairs when we visited I didn’t reflect that in my review. The house was located so close to Forsyth park and we were able to walk around historic Savannah with no difficulty. Abigail the manager of the bed and breakfast did a great job with breakfast, waters upon arrival, giving us a map of the are and even a happy hour of wine and cheese from 4-5 pm. She was pleasant to talk with and ver helpful. I would love to stay here again when there was no...
