The kitchen staff, however, should realize that chopping ice for ice bag prep, should’ve been done before the start of breakfast or after. They chopped ice from the ice maker with a metal scoop, bagged ice and talked loudly the entire time we ate breakfast. It was unbelievably annoying. The other patrons eyes & body responses were the same. 」

「The Heron is a very well maintained vintage building with the creature comforts and customer service to entice me to want to return for a longer visit. There’s ample parking and we were able to plug in our electric car. The lobby area features an appealing lounge with massive fireplace and seating as well as the breakfast dining area. 「What a charming inn on some of the most spectacular private coastline in the Pacific Northwest. We loved our spot, feet up on our own private balcony watching Blue Heron, Bald Eages, etc. and boats going by, wandering down the path to the pebble beach below, picking blackberries... Idyllic. Our innkeeper, Charlene was so accommodating, SO hardworking. She was constantly cleaning, prepping, on the go, and yet took all the time in the world to chat with us about the Inn, local attractions,...
