"I stay 2 night last weekend Today I found out my credit card be charged 535 usd, I called to the hotel, they told me because my room's TV damage, so they charge me money for that But I “don’t”even touch the tv at all when I stay there 2 night, this is crazy just charge me for no reason, and I called the hotel , all they do just told me they are sorry for that. Said because they found out TV damage after I check out But the fact is I never touch the TV at all , it’s sad that just assume me and charge me for the thing I don’t even use , I Stay at many 5 star hotel, never stay at a hotel like this , I'm very disappointed Wish they would investigate who make the Tv damage , and send my money back ,also everyone should be careful what you stay , because if even 5 star hotel would do this.imagine the price they make you to pay is even more than 535 usd….
