"I had a wonderful massage at the spa. The breakfast was excellent"

"From checkin to check out it was chaotic. The overnight guy checked in was irritated that I came at 5 am to check in even though I told them that I am flying internationally and my flight lands at 2 am. So I will checkin around 5 am. As soon as I went inside the room, it was dirty, sheets not changed and very bad smell in the room. Poor guard helped me to change the sheets even though it’s not his job. The staff member were really disrespectful towards the poor security guard. The way they talked to them was so rude. I extended my stay by one more night as I came back from wedding early in the morning and I wanted to sleep. I informed front desk guy and made reservation inform of him from Expedia. I went back to my room to sleep but every hour, someone kept knocking my door asking me to check out. Even in the evening around 7 pm they knocked again and said to come to front desk to make payment even though the payment was already made through Expedia. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. The cleanliness is terrible and so very unpleasant experience. "

"There just room we were in was nice but after returning from dinner it smelled like someone had been smoking in it. The staff quickly moved us but the next room was having the street where dogs barked all night and the mattress on the bed sagged in the middle. I have it a 3 because the staff were helpful, the rooftop restaurant and bar was nice and the building is very pretty. "

"I called the Hotel. At 1st instance they said room is not available at such low cost. Then again they called me and said they can arrange the dormitory in the rate I booked. I told them that I booked Double Delexe Room with AC With attached bath, then how you can give me Dormitory?. Then they offered me double Room but for that I have to pay three times extra per day. This is complete unprofessional behaviour from hotel. They are offering lower cost on Expedia. And in actual they are asking four to five times the amount, we actually booked."
