"We visited during a cold spell in Delhi. Heaters were provided for the guest rooms, which was wonderful. However, the dining area wasn’t heated so food arrived or immediately became cold. The communal dining with other travellers was very nice and so were Sagar and his family. I recommend this place for a safe, comfortable and friendly stay. A great place for single female travellers."

"I stayed at the Evergreen Suites for a couple of week while doing some work locally. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was generously sized and comfortable. A short walk from the Defence Colony shopping area and cafes etc made for a convenient location. "

"Staff were very accommodating to my needs. Arranged my trip to Red Fort, and helped me find various places nearby. Also, the chef made a special effort to make me homemade soup as I was feeling the effects of a heavy head cold. Room was comfortable with excellent private bathroom, only minor problem was that their electric kettle needed replacing more than once, but otherwise everything was fine. "

"Liked that the kitchen was able to prepare food as per my needs. The front desk was very cordial, he checked on my calling a few times about my expected check in time. However, the room condition was terrible. 1. The bed cover was filthy with stains all over 2. Fridge was smelling bad. 3. AC vent was smelling If I had the option to attached bed cover picture I’d do so to validate my feedback. "

"The rooms advertised on Hotels.com are different from what you get. My booking was for "extra sitting space" and and an "outdoor patio" that can sleep three persons. However, the receptions informed me that the extra sitting space was the patio. disappointed on the front. The add needs to be clarified."
