"The room was dirty. There was a lot of dust on the back of the couch, on the shelves, etc. The AC blew large black particles all over our bed. The configuration of the bathroom was terrible—you had to almost step into the shower to open the door. The breakfast was gross. "

"The original room we were given smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. We asked for another room and staff was great and apologized and happily gave us a different room. The second room was very clean, no problems there. The beds were not the greatest but got us through for two nights. Staff was very friendly and loved dogs!"

"I want to start this off by saying the hotel was very nice, breakfast was great and the staff were very kind. We picked this hotel because it looked to be in a nice area with a lot of things to do and it looked safe. Our vehicle and multiple others were broken into while staying and the hotel does not have surveillance cameras on the parking lot. What happened to our car was not the hotel’s fault and they were very helpful, but the lack of security was concerning. "
