「Myself and 2 other family members had 3-rooms. 1 on each floor 1-2-3. All of our doors to get into room would stick. You would have to put full body force to open and then slam the door closed. Also-maybe no fault of the hotel but there were police presence due to a fight involving hotel patrons…ATF officers knocking on doors. What appeared to be a party going on outside by my aunts room..for quite a few hours. Not fun.」

「Our check in took over an hour. I had texted ahead of time to ask for rooms near to each other with no response. So when we got there it took about an hour to switch rooms then they wanted to charge me more which I explained I didn’t ask for a larger room. Our pillows Smelled so bad that I couldn’t sleep on them. The floor in our one room was so dirty that the bottom of our grandkids feet were black. In the Morning we couldnt find one clean table to sit at for breakfast. Staff was friendly...

「Excellent! Just one word, excellent! The staff, Sammy the Manager and Jacqueline the bartender, were beyond friendly and accommodating. Felt like we were visiting with friends. The facility is so nice. Clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacious and well stocked. Breakfast was fantastic! They served REAL bacon! Most of the time it's just sausage patties but Residence Inn does REAL bacon! YUM! The only negative I have to say is that there is not an awning at the front door so if it's raining,...
