「Property was clean but let me tell you I was checked in by the rudest person that should not have been allowed to work at your hotel or any hotel. 「Room was clean, modern and larger than expected. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Upon check-in, front desk wasn’t very friendly but not outright rude. Location was perfect for our needs. We were 7 minutes from everything! We had a great stay overall and would definitely stay again!」

「Quiet .beautiful environment,Great service attitude.」

「The bar experience left a little to be desired, but I was only there a couple times.」

「Jason was extremely friendly and helpful honk check in and through out our stay. He made us feel very welcome and it was much appreciated to have someone to the extra mile to make us feel welcome after a long day in the road. I would definitely recommend this girl to others and would stay here again.」

「Parking easy and gated, a little expensive but convenient. Two entrances, easy access to Grand for The Fox or symphony. Elevators were a little confusing at first. Roof Top bar was great. We did not get food but a lot of people did. Beautiful city view day and night. Lots of beautiful, interesting art. I was looking forward to the matching bedding and Eye pillows but they were not there....」
