「地理位置特别好，楼下是超市和地铁，步行十五分钟到海边可以看曼哈顿美景，一室一厅的房间格局也好。下次再来。」

「Parking is ok. Next time could rent a car.」

「No free WiFi. You can use it for about $7/day.」

「Nice staff, big room, comfortable bed」

「The staff were very nice, and the rooms were spacious. Parking was occasionally unavailable, which was a bit inconvenient. It's a bit of a walk to the PATH station. Breakfast was simple and very crowded. If the price were more reasonable, I would definitely come again.」

「On arrival the door to the unit was ajar. Not sure why it was left open. That said, the place was lovely. A damper was put on the trip on checkout because the host is harassing us; accusing us of smoking in the unit and it is simply not true. As a result of this experience we will not stay here again.」

「床铺被子很脏，有点吵，走道有很重的烟味，没有早餐」

「The toilet was running incessantly throughout the night and despite our complaints, it was never fixed, nor were we given any significant concessions to our room」
