"Water slide and pools were hits with the kids. Gift shop was handy to be able to get a drink or snack but closing at 9pm leaves you kind of high and dry if you don’t plan ahead. Gym was good, as well. "

"The location was perfect for a concert at the Orpheum and then a quick trip to the airport. I hate when people use the shower as a urinal as the smell lingers, and it seemed that was the case with the bathroom. Everything was clean, but that smell….."

"It was a nice property with lovely rooms. At the time, only 1/3 elevators was operational which led to long waits. If you’re on foot, this is a bit of a tricky place to get in and out of (if you have a vehicle that’s fine.) Shuttle was appreciated! "

"Hotel offers amazing views, close to cruise pier, and area attractions with Hop on/off bus stop right outside hotel. Staff was great. Very friendly, helpful, and courteous. We got off our cruise ship and were able to walk to hotel and check our luggage until check in time while we went exploring. VIP upgraded room had a French balcony allowing for a beautiful view. Given a 20% off coupon as part of VIP upgrade for dining in hotel restaurant. Food was delicious! Would definitely stay there again if in Vancouver!"
