「We had a problem with the booking (not sure of reason) so cannot comment on the hotel itself but the team at the hotel were excellent and sorted out an apartment to stay at and ferried us back to the hotel for breakfast and to the airport. Great service from the team. Excellent location to stay at - beach and local restaurants but also staying here meant we could get a LOCAL taxi when we arrived at Rome airport at midnight and avoid a huge queue for Rome taxis - be warned if you are arriving at...

「Great location, quiet ,well appointed room with excellent amenities.」

「Don't let the exterior fool you. Not much to look at from the outside, but the rooms are top notch! They look to have been recently renovated. Very clean. The staff (Milena?) was very responsive and helpful. She even arranged our transportation to the cruise terminal at the last minute. Thank you! Would definitely recommend staying here!」

「Staffs are friendly but they won’t be at desk all times, no problem communicating with them through WhatsApp when needed. Free breakfast are great. Very quiet. Rooms are spacious And location is great , pretty much middle of the city and within 15-20 mins for walking to attractions」

「Check in was quick and easy and Michelle was super nice. The room was located in a great area with shops and restaurants all around. The building was secure, although shared with other room rentals and tenants. La Maison dell'orologico was on the second floor separated from the rest with a locked door. We'd certainly stay here again.」

「Beautiful place to stay ! Wonderful staff」

「The location of the place was good, but it’s a very rundown building and place in general, the person at the front desk came only for the check in and there is no one there to help; I messaged asking for an ironing machine and never got a response. There is no place to put the soap in the shower nor any place in the bathroom to place anything.」

「Had an amazing 3 night stay with my mum. Room was clean and comfortable, having the terrace was lovely to sit out after a long day. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. When you check in you use the buzzer at the entrance to the right of the top of the Spanish Steps. But once checked in you get a key to an entrance at the bottom of the steps as well, very handy depending on where you have been for the day. Look forward to visiting again!」
