It is unfortunate that you did not enjoy the property. We do our best to represent the property online with pictures of each unit & property so that guests understand that this is an older apartment style building. Over the years, 4 out of 7 units have been renovated with new kitchens and wood floors. We will look into more ways to better the units & curb appeal of this property. It is an older apartment style building with the luxury of being walking distance to all of the Weirs beach attractions. Weirs beach is a very safe area that is commonly patrolled by multiple Laconia police officers due to the amount of activity Weirs Beach brings during the summer months. We do own and operate several properties in the area that might better suit your next stay. We hope you will give us another chance in the future.

By submitting this information Anonymously, we have no idea which room had the problem, nor which housekeeper to speak with in order to make sure that this doesn't happen again. We wish you had let us know when you were here so that we could have made it right at that time.

The Lakeside Getaway is an older apartment style building next to Weirs Beach. It is accurately presented online. You never checked in, never saw the unit. You arrived at our office with 7 adults, for a room that accommodates a maximum of 4 people. We offered you to either upgrade to a larger unit or to book a 2nd room and sent you over to Lakeside to meet our housekeepers who were over there preparing the room. You left our office, telling us that you were going over there, but never did. You held up the room that you had reserved and kept us wondering throughout the afternoon for other possibilities never giving us the opportunity to try to satisfy you. It was you who chose to book elsewhere without checking out what we truly had to offer.
