「The staff was very helpful, we were going to miss the 11pm check in deadline because of a train delay, the staff stayed until 1130 for us to make sure we had a place to stay. Also, we had trouble getting a taxi for our cruise and the staff found a way to get us there. Very helpful, very nice. One room for 8 people was great too. We were able to keep our family together in one room. Would stay again」

「The staff was very accommodating before our cruise and helping us get a taxi. When we didn’t wake up in time next morning and missed our taxi they were very helpful and calling us another taxi, which was no problem.」

「预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」
