「Wir trafen auf ein altes Landhaus, welches mit viel Liebe in 10 Jahren restauriert wurde und vor einem Jahr erst als Hotel eröffnet wurde. Genau wie wir es uns gewünscht haben. Valentina begrüßte uns mit ihrem einnehmenden Lächeln. Wir konnten aus 3 Zimmern wählen und entschieden uns für ein uriges Dachzimmer "Fagiano" mit Dusche. Wir kamen mit dem scheinbar kleinen Zimmer mit unseren beiden kleinen Koffern aber sehr gut zurecht. Die Matratzen waren für mich leider etwas sehr hart. Das ist...

「This is a lovely boutique hotel with gracious hosts and all the amenities. The restaurant is amazing, some of the best food we’ve had in Italy so far! The town is charming and the mosaics at the UNESCO sites are so impressive. Ravenna is also great for people who might not have the best mobility because the historic part of town is small and mostly flat. I would highly recommend. 」

「预定价格278欧，酒店比预定的价格多收了46欧，离店前对此提出疑问，出示写清楚所有价格的预订单并要求退钱，酒店答应我会查询一下并尽快处理。但是退房后在我多次主动询问下，还是没有处理。hotels的客服帮我打电话发邮件联系，也没有回应。服务态度十分消极，非常不好的体验。We were overcharged by €46, and the hotel does not intended to refund the money after I told him the mistake he made.Hotels's custom service helped me to call them ,but no answers.Very terrible experience .Great city, but bad hotel service！！！」

「Our family of 5 stayed here the night before our cruise out of Ravenna. We highly recommend this place for your stay in Ravenna. The town is beautiful and the accommodation here was perfect for our stay. The host is very welcoming the facility is warm and cozy and adorned with beautiful art work. The breakfast before boarding our cruise was delicious and we had a chance to visit with our host. Check in and communication was easy and well communicated.」
