「We stay one night with four rooms booked. All the rooms are with different set up. The staff are friendly and helped us to take all luggage up to the rooms (no lift in the hotel). Welcome drinks and breakfast are of good standard. 」

「I jus love this hotel! The hotel is located like 10mins walk from bus station and old town. The reception desk could not be more helpful. Once we got into the room and we were surprised by the decoration inside. It was modern and clean which jus made us to stay for one more night. We had two dinners in the hotel and it was fantastic, the price and the taste and everything they could possibly provide was just the best!」

「Beautiful property, great breakfast, and in a less touristy part of town. Grocery store across the street was a plus. Around a 20 minute walk to the old town, but parking was plentiful even in July if you need to drive closer to the city.」

「Sauberkeit war gut, jeden Tag waren die Tücher gewechselt und Müll entleert. Je nach dem wer Zimmer aufgeräumt hat, war sogar Bett gemacht, am nächsten Tag wieder nicht. Fehlende Klimaanlage hat uns in der Nacht fertig gemacht. Zimmer für drei Personen viel zu klein. Man konnte nicht mal zwischen den Betten durchgehen. Insgesamt aber war es ein toller Urlaub mit gutem Essen (Halbpension). Pool gepflegt, sehr sauber. Schade, dass Zimmer den Gesamteindruck getrübt hat.」

「房間設備簡陋，連基本的電燒水壺和小冰箱都沒有，30多度的溫度既然度假肯定需要冰箱，問前台才知道需要3歐一天租用，哈哈哈！租吧！網上說有沙灘，騙人的，只是海邊的堤壩前放了幾張沙灘椅，不值這個價位。」

「Dinner and breakfast are okey. Free parking is a plus. Rooms are clean but feel like a little bit old. Staffs are not so happy to provide service (seems not well-trained). Next time I would find a room near Rovinj. 」

The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming. The hotel itself is tastefully decorated and meticulously clean. Our room was cozy, well-maintained, and in excellent condition. 「地點很好，由車站到酒店不用上山下海，附近有很多餐廳，工作人員很好，出入都有打招呼，房間跟相片一樣，只是比較舊，下次去也會選這裡，性價比太高了！」

「房間較小，且先要到另外一地點reception(avior holidays)登記入住。他們會用哥爾夫球車載你到住處。 Residence距離old town 有十多分鐘步程，沿途可以欣賞海景。亦有很多餐廳及食物選擇。」
