Not only is this a beautiful hotel with well maintained rooms in the best location in old town but the staff made it that much better. I have to say Anet and Karla who was welcoming and incredible helpful at the front desk with staff member Christian . Were three of the best hotel staff I ever met. Hotels are not just brick and mortar, they are part of an experience and the experience We had was delightful. Highly recommended

We loved our four nights in the Adriatic Hotel. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We ate dinner in the Bistro which was the best meal we had during our stay. The beds were wonderfully comfortable. We can’t wait to return.

We absolutely loved this property and our stay. It felt modern and luxurious in the middle of the old town. The view was spectacular. The staff was friendly, helpful, efficient, and attentive to every need. It was walkable to all major sites, shopping, and restaurants. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. We took advantage of access to the sister hotel (Grand Hotel across the marina) and used the Infinity pool. The view was stunning. We will definitely be returning.

Overall, this is a wonderful hotel located in the center of the old town and by the water. The staff provided exceptional service. The room was the most expensive we paid for in our 18 day vacation in Italy, Slovenia, and Croatia.

A beautiful hotel with modern clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Delicious breakfast, which was included in our room. A big bonus was that you have access to their sister hotel, the grand Park Hotel with incredible amenities and beach access. They also allow us to borrow bicycles for free. It was the access to the grand Park hotel that made the state at this hotel wonderful

Exclusive hotel with only 18 rooms in a primo location. Right on the harbor with drop dead gorgeous views! Staff was super friendly and helpful. We used their bikes for a wonderful ride to the forest preserve area. Also we were able to use the facilities (pools, fitness center) at the nearby Grand Hotel which is a 10 minute walk. The made to order breakfast was first rate! Of note, we had to park our car outside the Old Town and walk to the hotel. We weren’t informed of this prior. Once we got to the hotel, the super friendly staff assisted us in moving our car to their secure parking lot. Would be helpful to know this beforehand, but the outstanding stay was more than worth it! Highly recommended hotel!

We absolutely loved this property. You can’t beat the location. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Only downside was that we didn’t know ahead of time that you couldn’t park at the hotel but we gave them a call and someone directed us to the parking lot and gave us a ride to the hotel. It did not take much time at all. Highly recommend this hotel.

Probably the best location in Rovinj. Staff service is excellent. Rooms are modern. Initially driving to the hotel, you’ll need to give your name to enter the pedestrian zone in Rovinj and then slowly drive to the hotel. But once that is done, the staff will do the rest by driving your car to their designated parking lot and giving you a magnetic key card that will enable you to get in/out freely. They’ll also bring you to the parking lot via their electric cart.

Only hotel immediately near Rovinj hill on waterfront nestled among shopping and restaurant galore. Unfortunately city construction next to hotel that makes driving to it beyond challenging. We wasted over hour trying to get to hotel (drove in circles), do NOT follow Google, after stay (???) hotel emailed detailed instructions on how to get to hotel & would have made arrival SO much less stressful. Great room, dark colors, mirrors everywhere, small bathroom, A/C not available 1st night, but other 2 nights hotel turned it on (May visit - humid, very warm). Never worried about damage to hotel room until this stay (huge bedside booklet with damage costs listed for everything one could do to room). No other boutique hotel we stayed at during 3+ week travels through Croatia did this - just unusual & little stressful (afraid to scratch walls/paint). Breakfast here was amazing & one of our favorites - make sure to allot time to enjoy the best bread basket of trip, staff service, views! Provide fresh coffee and french press to enjoy in room- a true treat from pods! Lovely sweet bite in room to enjoy on arrival. Parking 7-10 minute walk or 5 minute golf cart ride from hotel in private lot.
