Definitely not a 4 star hotel, though they charge you for it. No restaurant, no in room dining, no bell service. Lobby is just one large room. No pool. Small gym. Loud parties at night. People smoking on floors. Rooms are ok. Definitely not aligned with the quality of other ACE hotels.
