The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — they patiently assisted me with finding information about a local fish market and even helped call a taxi for us, which made things so much easier when travelling with kids. Our room was very cosy, spotlessly clean, and felt like a comfortable place to rest as a family. The shuttle service between the hotel and Disneyland was a huge bonus and made planning our Disneyland days stress-free, especially with children. We had such a lovely experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for families ❤️"

"Hotel room; Easier place to stay with children. Clean. Enough space in the rooms with plenty of seats apart from the beds. Spacious shower/bath room. Easy to fill the tub in about a minute for kids. Japanese toilet tucked in a different room. Ammenities; They have everything you want, soap, shampool, toothbrush and more. They supplied slippers for all sizes. Hotel staff; Very helpful, they are there to help you with anything you need. Easy to get information. Disney; One bus ride away from Disney Sea and Disneyland. The bus ride is about 15-20 minutes with 2 stops. Can be hectic as the buses fill up fast during rush hours. Early entrance into Tokyo Disneyland is very convenient, but still recommend showing up early as you need to go through security and wait until the park opens. "
