「This was our second time visiting Costa Rica and our second stay at the hotel. The staff were so friendly, professional and extremely helpful. The wait staff were amazing and friendly, we had a late night dinner and drinks after a long travel day and all was delicious and promptly served. The lobby and bathrooms were so clean and organized. Any encounter with staff whether it be at the front desk or cleaning staff were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you and we will be back next year! Pura...

「The pool was well maintained and they provide towels. It's right outside of the bar so you can enjoy your drink poolside. The hotel also has a walking trail that you can explore. The staff were excellent!」

We almost always get placed in an accessibility room when we book through Expedia, which is very interesting since we're young and active adults. But they switched our room for us with no problem. It's just annoying! Is this an Expedia issue? Anyways, our stay was exactly what we needed, nonetheless! 」
