"After a long drive I was ready for a rest and cup of tea. The room was good and tea and coffee ready to prepare. The evening meal was superb, Saint Jacques cooked to perfection. Not always easy when preparing for many people. Well done, Chef! An enjoyable walk into the village, lovely church, and children all ready for a Halloween party in the sports centre facility. A pleasure to stay in your lovely hotel. Finally, good close parking and lots of it, the grounds, footpaths and gardens are kept...

"Pause le temps d’une soirée pour le travail et grande et immense surprise Tout est fait avec goût et d’une propreté irréprochable. L’accueil est tout simplement parfait dans un cadre au calme. J’ai pu tester la table d’hôte et la…..une énorme claque, produits du jardin et Seb est un fin cordon bleu Une très belle découverte que je vous conseille et j’y reviendrai avec un grand plaisir pour du perso."

"Séjour très agréable dans un lieu très propre calme au cœur du magnifique village de Saint Fargeau et offrant ce qui devient rare un accueil bienveillant une écoute ainsi qu’un service à la demande J’ai séjourné une nuit avec deux de mes petits-enfants la veille d’une visite prévue au Château de Guédelon c’était tout à fait ce qui convient et les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié Personnellement j’y retournerai si l’occasion se présente "

"Endroit calme, belles chambres, avec un petit jardin derrière la chambre et deux chaises et une table. L'accueil a été accueillant. "

"We didn’t stay at Le Cheval Blanc as it was closed for holidays, Hotels.com advised of a nearby chambres d’hôtes and we stayed there ‘Au clos de Charny’ which was lovely, our only problem was our room was up two flights of steep stairs. The room was spacious and clean with a large comfortable bed, a very nice shower room with a good shower. The breakfast was superb, a great choice of cheeses and charcuterie, breads, homemade jams, fresh fruit salad and yoghurt. The host is a lovely lady too."
