À recommander ! Absolument remarquable de par le service ! On y a passé 4 nuits pour pédaler sur les vélo routes des Châteaux de La Loire et nous avons été touchés par leur flexibilité: local pour y mettre nos vélos, possibilité de manger notre pique-nique le midi ou le soir dans la salle du petit-déjeuner et même de poser nos achats alimentaires dans le frigo de la cuisine…. Un exemple de serviabilité! De plus la piscine est grande, très propre et…. chaude !

Réception polie. Chambre confortable et propre. Le style moderne est intéressant, mais pas toujours pratique. Douche ouverte, donc débordement de l’eau et il manque aussi des crochets dans la salle de bain. L’endroit est OK pour l’hôtel. Par contre la ville est totalement négligée et sale. C’est une honte. Il faudrait prévoir un resto à l’hôtel afin d’éviter un passage presque obligatoire en ville.

Ibis pratique encore une fois le surbooking .Prévenu au dernier moment j'ai été relogé dans un hotel de gamme inférieure et facturé au même prix . Finalement remboursé après avoir porté réclamation . Malgré le statut Gold sur ce site cela n'a aucune incidence sur le surbooking. Comme beaucoup de plateformes de réservation , Hotel .COM (expedia) s'avère inefficace en cas de réclamation.

Ontvangst heel vriendelijk. Kamer ok, verouderde badkamer. Ontbijt ok, spijtig dat het aanvullen van het buffet door de dienstdoende persoon niet bijgehouden kon worden. Te weinig voorradig voor het aantal gasten. Bar slechts tot 22u open : minpunt.

Séjour imprévu. Et nous avons été bien reçu. L'accueil correct. Nous avons rencontré des soucis de dysfonctionnement dans la chambre est nous l'avons signalé directement à la responsable de l'hôtel, qui par chance était présente. Sinon rien à dire. Bon choix de petit déjeuner même avec du sans gluten !

Sans hésiter

Étant là bas pour le travail de nuit, nous avons eu toute de même le petit dej . Et droit à la piscine hors heure normale. L équipe est vraiment très sympathique, professionnel et compréhensif . Établissement très bien tenu et propre . J y retourner sans aucun doute si j en ai l occasion.

Déception Ibis Styles GIEN

Grande déception lors de notre séjour d'une nuit dans cet Ibis de Gien. Après la remise de la carte d'accès à la chambre 139, grande déception: chasse d'eau cassée, appui de fenêtre dans un état de saleté incroyable ( cf deux photos jointes ). J'ai demandé et obtenu l'obtention d'une autre chambre la 124 ou tout fonctionnait mais sdb à revoir rapidement ( cf troisième photos ). Je me demande bien si une inspection régulière des chambres par la direction est réalisée de temps en temps. J'ai fréquenté les Ibis Styles de La Rochelle et de Deauville qui sont d'un autre standing. Point positif tout de même, personnel souriant et en rien responsable de ce manque d'entretien.

Désagréablement surpris

Odeur de tabac froid dans le couloir menant à la chambre, évacuation de la douche bouchée, fuite toilette et chasse d'eau cassée, chambre sale avec papiers de bonbons retrouvés sous le lit, 2 draps pour 1 personne pour faire un lit double... Pas de changement de chambre proposé par l'hôtel. Pas de remise pour les gènes occasionnées. Un de mes pires séjour en hôtel.. et cela pour un prix de 250€ pour 2 pour 2 nuits. Point positif: parking fermé la nuit accepte les animaux pour 9€/nuit

Séjour très agréable. Seul petit bémol: il faudrait pouvoir réutiliser sa serviette de bain d'un jour sur l'autre (bien que mise de côté, ma serviette de bain était changée chaque jour, ce qui n'est pas bon pour l'environnement).

Ménage non fait en période de Covid !!!

Nous avions réservé un lit double et on nous a attribué 2 lits simples Chambre sale : taches collantes sur le sol et sur les tablettes de nuit, traces suspectes dans la cuvette du WC et même sur les murs, draps d'un lit non changés. Ménage non fait pour un hôtel de ce niveau est inacceptable surtout en période de Covid.
