Also noteworthy staff members who exhibit courtesy, friendliness and great helpfulness at all times are, Beyzid and Labin in housekeeping, Audrey Tan in administration, Shiori who welcomed us with flowers and a smile, Subra and Hayee, and Ahmad concierges, Sharom, the Chief Concierge, Adzuan, the Assistant Chief Concierge, Natasha, Mohammad, and Sarah at the front desk, Hisham (a truly exceptional doorman), Ashlam and Kumar, also superb doormen, JJ and Furhan at breakfast, and Shabril the trainer in the gym."
