「Absolutely first class- everything! Staff could not have been more attentive. The hotel rooms could not have been nicer- absolutely like new! Hotel has a historical feel with modern decor and amenities. The location was excellent as well. Close to Duomo. May go back to Orvieto just to stay here again (we only were in town one night this trip). 」

「Hotel was easy to get to, especially if you are new to driving in Italy (like myself!) No ZTL if you enter through Porta Romana. Valet parking made it super easy. Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. They even held my rental car post check out so I could attend a local meeting. Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were very comfortable as well. Thank you to the staff for making my family’s stay easy for us!」

「Eravamo nella strada per il sud e abbiamo fatto una tappa ad Orvieto e questo albergo è stata la scelta ideale! Vicinissimo all’uscita dall’autostrada, vicinissimo al centro di Orvieto. Parcheggio di fronte, vicino personale gentilissimo, colazione con un’ottima selezione di dolci, davvero meglio di tante pasticcerie. La camera era essenziale ma comoda. Solo il box doccia che era un po’ piccolino.」

She could tell me the hotel was closed for winter but she had an other hotel in town called Hotel Platani Bolsena.
