"Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good parking. Hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the train station where you can take the cable car up to the old city. Best if you have a car since there is free parking below the train station and you’ll need to take the cable car into the old city. Breakfast is fair and available daily. Sound travels from the hallway as well as the street below, esp if you have your window open. AC is in the room but seemed to be hard to modify and the room stayed warm....

We got very personalized service along with a clean room and incredible location. It was well maintained with all the expected amenities plus even MORE than we had imagined. We are pretty picky people but this was a place that I not only enjoyed September 10 but will hopefully return to in the future. Highly recommend."

The staff was helpful in getting us a driver to Rome for our departure day."
