「The stuff are very nice with us and we had a very good experience with them but I think the hotel should upgrade the installation because there is even no drinking water in the room or a Hot water bottle and there is no microwave which is very inconvenient and we had two single bed and the bed is very small but I really have to say the stuff is very very nice with us so I’m really happy with that !」

「Un cadre exceptionnel, mais l’expérience ne suit pas. Nous habitons à Chamonix et nous étions ravis de séjourner enfin au Montenvers - le site est spectaculaire et le dîner était vraiment bon. Cependant, pour le prix payé, l’expérience globale nous a déçus. L’intérieur a besoin d’un vrai coup de neuf. L’espace bar souffre d’un éclairage peu flatteur et manque cruellement de chaleur et de convivialité - une occasion manquée vu le cadre montagnard exceptionnel. Les chambres sont basiques, voire...

「Clean room, friendly staff. Great locaton. Just a 5 minute walk to both main lifts and the town centre. Breakfast fresh but not good for a vegan diet. I did let the hotel know in advance but there was very little-just bread and fruit. I asked for beans but they had fixed days for them and wouldn't do them for me on the other days. I bought my own yoghurt and supplies from the local Spar. There is a fridge for guests to use.」

「La chambre proposée n’était pas la chambre familiale que j’avais choisie, on nous a logé au RDC dans deux chambres contiguës toutes petites avec une terrible odeur d’égouts dans al sdb! Heureusement le personnel nous a changé de chambre après réclamation. Le dîner était agréable. 」

「Hotel is great. Check in was easy, even late at night after a delà at the airport. Room was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space and storage. Comfy bed. Breakfast was good and varied. Property itself is clean, modern, big, well built and could see the outside areas, pool and playground would be great in summer. Some Parking onsite too. Would recommend. 」
