「The hotel was great. Hotels.com however was a nightmare. Fun fact, book your hotels via the hotel’s direct website. Hotels.com and its subsidiaries (Expedia, Travelocity, etc.) take almost 80% of the profit of small local hotels. The hotel itself is fantastic and easy to work with, the conglomerate of hotels.com is not. You’re welcome 」

「The staff made this place extra nice. I asked to borrow their microwave on some leftovers and she even plated it nicely and gave us silverware to use. Breakfast is pretty good. I wished there was a screen on the patio door or window so I can leave it open for extra ventilation without letting bugs in. The room can get humid too. The bathroom is a nice size, but for some reason water easily splashes out of the shower and gets the floor outside of it wet.」

「Really great experience. The staff were friendly and helpful (particularly Carlos in the restaurants and Tatiana at the pool bar). Facilities were also great. The only negative is that one of the restaurants was not available after 6:00 p.m. (but you could order of the menu at the remaining restaurant in the evening). Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of fresh fruit and other breakfast dishes.」

「Arenal Manoe was an excellent experience. Its location is central to all the main attractions in La Fortuna but away from the busy town. The surrounding trees and volcano views are stunning, they were as beautifull at night when everything is beautifully lit. The food was exceptional, the service friendly, and the pool area clean and relaxing with great drinks. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting La Fortuna.」
