"We had a wonderful experience at Sandals! The resort is beautiful, the food was good, and the staff were absolutely amazing, very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. I would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family. There are just a couple of things I think could make the experience even better. I would love to see more entertainment options, especially activities geared toward a younger or more mixed-age crowd. I also think the resort could use more outdoor seating. There are many beautiful open lawn areas where a few additional benches or seating areas would be great. The resort is lovely to walk around, explore, and take pictures, but sometimes you just want a place to sit and relax. One evening, we arrived early for our restaurant reservation and were asked to come back at our scheduled time. We didn’t want to return to our room, but unfortunately there wasn’t anywhere nearby to sit and wait. Adding more seating throughout the property would make a big difference. Other than those small suggestions, we truly loved our stay and had a great experience. I would definitely come back and recommend Sandals to friends and family!"

The room was spacious and clean. It was a little hot in our room at times since we had one without air conditioning, but for the most part the fans in our room helped us at night. "Jade Mountain is unlike any resort we have ever experienced. The rooms are incredibly imaginative and almost cinematic—open to the sky and the Pitons, with no fourth wall, creating a feeling of being completely immersed in nature. Every detail feels artistic, intentional, and beautifully connected to the surroundings. The staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, genuinely helpful, and always ready to make the experience special. The yoga classes with Ceren were another highlight, with wonderful instructors who created an inspiring and peaceful atmosphere. The food was outstanding. The Michelin-starred dining experience was sophisticated, creative, and beautifully presented, making every meal feel like an event in itself. And then there is the water. The beach below Jade Mountain is breathtaking, with incredibly crystal-clear turquoise water and distinctive volcanic sand. Swimming there, surrounded by the Pitons and lush tropical landscape, was an experience we will never forget. Jade Mountain truly feels like an architectural work of art placed in the middle of paradise. The combination of extraordinary design, nature, exceptional service, yoga, remarkable food, and that spectacular Caribbean sea creates an experience that is both luxurious and deeply memorable."

"Pros: gorgeous location and property. Beautiful landscaping and views. We had the suite you could swim out into the pool. Great views. Hardly anybody there and it felt like our own place. The staff is very attentive if you need anything, they will help you. Everyone is really nice and friendly while we were there. Suggestions : if the staff were more anticipatory rather than waiting for you to ask them. There is no real service at all down by the beach so if they had somebody walk down there on a regular basis, they could probably sell more drinks. The food was pretty mid in my opinion Taxis are quite expensive to go anywhere and it seems as if the rates are quite negotiable so make sure you not only double check with a concierge but with a taxi driver while you’re there otherwise you might end up with a different price - which is what happened to us we were quoted $20-$25 from the concierge but then when we got dropped off suddenly it was $35 each way - not fault of the hotel per se - but it would be nice if they helped us a little more on that one Also, the first night we were there all the electricity went out in our room so when we got out of the pool, we noticed we had no electricity and of course when we called them, they came right away, but it did take 30 minutes to get it fixed. Otherwise great beach resort"
