「The beach wasn’t the best one but the hotel service was excellent. The food was a 8 out 10. Hotel Entertainment was ok, I think it was too quiet. But it has beautiful views and the environment is great. 」

「There are very few restaurants to choose from. On the first day we arrived, we only had a buffet, and it was super invincible terrible. All other restaurants need to make an appointment and we are Expedia customers so there is no room service for us. I can't order food to my room. There are only two bottles of water in the room, no refrigerator, no other soda and beer are even more impossible. Anyway We won't come back again」

「We loved our stay. The staff makes you feel like family. Alex the bar tender is great. Ceasar in the restaurants will make sure you have exactly what you need for a great experience. Paul takes care of everyone during the day. Many more were exceptional, but those three are top notch. Very quiet and not much night life on property, but you are very close to great restaurants and the Malecon Boardwalk Vallarta is a short walk. We will be back.」
