. The only thing lets this Hotel down is the Sky bar. This has the potential to be THE place to come to in Seville but, instead, feels like a bus station. Awful public toilet type timing, poor decor and zero ambience. This needs a complete rethink. Luxury carpeting, modernised paintwork and wall tiling and some nice piped music / live pianist etc. "

The staff were quite accommodating at first, but when they showed me my room, I was shocked to see that a large double bed completely covered the living area. I asked the staff person showing me the room if she could do something about it but she remained non-committal. I thin examined the bed to find that it was two single beds put together so I went and asked the staff if they could...
