「I was assigned a room next to the elevators. Have much noise during the day inside room. Decent toiletries and high quality towels. I like hotel lobby and the rest area given guest to have self serviced coffee and tea. Good location to access to popular street and cafe. Attentive valet service. One thing to complain is overcharging me wine vending machine. Appealed to the front desk. Yet to wait for refund.」

「Beautiful hotel, right in the heart of Old Quebec. We are a family of four with younger children and we were able to walk to all the major sites. Room and bathroom were small but we managed. Beautiful coffee machine in the main lobby which was a great touch. Our booking stated we wouldn’t have room service for our stay but we were surprised to find new coffee pods and towels daily, which was great. Also nice to have parking available at a reasonable cost. 」

Everything was in an easy walk from hotels old Quebec City location. We loved this place and will plan a return visit for sure!!!」

「The room was very lovely even for sleeping on a Murphy bed! The only complaint that I would have is there was this weird sound of water running in the toilet that was intermittent but consistent and a funny sound in the ceiling (probably HVAC). Other than that, it was beautiful, was walkable, and so close to everything we needed! Including a very short walk to a grocery store! Great stay overall」
