"Great property, great food- breakfast buffet with fresh crepes and lox wow- the pool was great as well - we had a pool facing room it was good but loud even up to 10:30. The bar staff were not very responsive though- each night we went and we were not served for about 15 min. But overall good stay!!! "

"Stunning hotel right in the heart of old Quebec, all major attractions are within walking distance. Stunning hotel , extremely clean very friendly staff and valets. Completely bi-lingual. Only word of caution if it is a stop off on your great Canadian adventure , like it was for us our cargo box did not fit in the underground parking. However the valets helped us empty and take it off as well as store until your departure. Highly recommend this location and hotel."

"Good: The wonderful front counter staff went out of their way to be helpful after an issue with the EV charging in the parking lot. Not so good: We were there for 3 nights and noone cleaned our room or stocked up our coffee machine supplies on any of the mornings that we were out of our room."
