"Great hotel. The rooms were clean. The restaurant and entry were quite nice. We had breakfast in the morning which was delicious. The staff was accommodating and helpful. There’s tons of stuff to do right near the hotel. There’s a great food court only 100 feet from the entry with over 10 different restaurant options. The multi plaza was only a five minute walk down the road."

"Staff and food was great. Overall condition of the room was average. Only drawback was the noise from traffic was quite loud throughout the night. "

"This was a great hotel for us. We stayed two nights: after our arrival in San Jose, and then again before our departure. The shuttle is so easy to spot when you're tired (it's blue), the front desk team excellent, and the breakfast was great. On departure we had an early flight and were provided a to go breakfast. We took a to go cup of coffee and it was just right! There is also a Denny's right there for an easy dinner. Our only complaint (and why it's 4 out of 5) is the air conditioner and fan is very loud!! Depsite that however, we'll stay here again on our next trip to CR!"

"Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We did use the airport shuttle and that went fine. Restaurants are right nearby and can easily walk there. For some reason I thought there was a pool. There isnt."
