We had 3 people in our room but only given 2 room keys. When I asked for an extra key, I was told that I had to pay €10 for it! My husband then went to ask for an extra key and the price was then €5! "The staff was always helpful and so friendly. We loved the breakfast each morning and the ease of using the downstairs ski shop to get outfitted for the slopes each morning.
