「Absolutely wonderful hotel, and what makes it so good is the staff. They are the friendliest, most helpful staff anyone could ask for, a real credit to the owners. It is a boutique hotel with 30 rooms and has a very personal feel about it. You really do feel part of the family when you stay. 「Excellent location walk to main lifts , staff super friendly and the accommodation was lovely. We not watch out we had a mezzanine room the king bed was huge but the two twins on the lower level my 15 yo was a bit big for . 「Hieno arkkitehtuuri, kauniisti remontoitu hotelli. Rauhallinen tunnelma, mukavat aulatilat. Huone, kylpyhuone ja spa siistit. Aamiainen paikallinen ja runsas. Rauhallisen hotellin ihanana kontrastina pieni kauppakäytävä aivan aulan oven ulkopuolella, joten palvelut (suksivuokraamo, hissiliput, ravintoloita, apteekki, kauppa ym.) aivan vieressä. Ski in, ski out. Hotellissa hyvä suksihuone. Hiihtokeskus loistava. 」

「Parking accessible devant l'hotel. Acceuil tres agréable avec un sentiment de bienveillance. Restauration possible le soir avec des produits régionaux et parfaitement présentés et expliqués. La chambre était tres bien. Seul bémol, qu'il n'y ait pas de volet, car les rideaux n'ont pas assez couvert la luminosité des éclairages de la ville la nuit. 」
