The staff were amazing and so very sweet. The location was not far from the Kyoto station, it was an amazing location. It was quiet and felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Kyoto!

Excellent for families. However, hotel doesn't provide many little things that are important: extra garbage bags, enough plates to eat, napkins for the kitchen, smart tv with you tube, instructions for the washer. Be aware you will need to dry your clothes in the shower 🚿. Not a big deal but heads up would be helpful. Overall a good hotel for the price but a small vacuum, a mini iron and extra bags for the garbage will make a huge difference.

Good

My stay at the hotel was pretty good but the check in process was a bit tedious. The check in location is not at the hotel but at a guest center about 6 mins walk from the station. This added another layer which when you have been travelling all night could be quite tedious. The apartment itself though was very clean and comfortable, and quite close to the station

No manned front desk

This property is nearby kyoto train station, about 12 min. Walk. When we got to the property, it was a locked building with no way to get in. A posted QR code allowed me to communicate with someone who told me check in was at another bldg about a 10 minute walk away. We dragged our luggage there to check in, then dragged our luggage back to the oRiginal location. The room was small, tight but we had what we needed. Later we saw other travelers with all their luggage trying to get into the building just as we had. I wish the website would say that there is no manned front desk because I would not have selected this property.

施設は新しくてきれいでした　残念なのはタオルが古くて使うのがためらいました シャンプー　ボディーソープも臭くて　何も用意してなかったので仕方なく使いましたが 髪の毛がギシギシになりました 施設が綺麗だったのでタオルとシャンプーのランクアップされたら　また利用したいです

ワンルームの広さだけどキレイで便利

ワンルームマンション1棟を丸ごと買取ってホテルにした感じです。お部屋は広くはないですが、ツインでキッチンもあってテーブルもあったので狭くても便利でした。トイレが独立していたのも良かったです。洗濯機も洗剤もあってお風呂に浴室乾燥もついていたので、洗濯してもすぐに乾くと思います。お風呂も広くて良かったです。アメニティもチェックインする所に化粧水や洗顔、駄菓子までご自由に、でありがたかったです。ただ5分は歩かないとコンビニはありませんでした。チェックインする所からホテルまで歩きましたが思いの外遠かったので、送迎を利用されるといいと思います。チェックアウトはルームキーをケースに入れるだけだったのでスムーズでした。長期滞在するには便利なホテルだと思います。

新しいホテルだと思いました。お風呂の浴槽も広く、ドライヤーも風力が強くて良かったですね！窓のカーテンがつけられなかったのかバスタオルをカーテンがわりに並べてかけてあるのはちょっと残念でした。 食器類や調理器具も充実しているので、洗った食器の水切りかごがあると更に良いですね！ 隣の工事が早く終わると静かになっていいと思いました。

洗濯機や洗剤など真夏の汗かく季節に便利でした。 クローゼットやセーフティーボックスがあればもっと良かったなと感じましたが、なければ無くてもなんとかなりました。 駅からもアクセス良くてコンビニも近くて環境も良かったのでまた使いたいなと思います。

내부가 깨끗하고 정리정돈 잘 되어 있으며 신기한점은 체크인 센터가 호텔에 있지 않은 점 이였다. 체크인 센터에서는 호텔까지 자동차로 픽업을 해줘서 만족했다.

我因為是當天上飛機前訂4/7-4/9兩晚房，所以未能即時收到e-mail通知，到了晚上，我直接依照店家名稱去搜尋Google地圖，抵達住宿門口時，門鈴怎麼按都沒人開門，後來電話、e-mail都聯繫不到人，只好直接在附近找別家民宿入住一晚，隔天再去門口時，剛好遇到入住的人開門進去，就順便詢問要怎麼Check in，才知道*e-mail裡有個地址，Check in是另一個地址，離入住民宿地址走路還要10分鐘*，而從訂房網頁到e-mail，都沒提到住宿地點跟Check in地點不一樣，害我找了一晚，還浪費一晚住宿費用，另又多花費買一晚入住別家，而Check in的地方也只是中間人而已，他們那負責20幾家民宿的Check in，當時Check in時我還詢問櫃台小姐，像我這種狀況應該很常發生吧，他們說之前也發生過幾次，所以要入住的人，千萬注意一件事「住宿地點與Check in地址不一樣」。
