Great location and very quiet. It's a short walk to Nijo station which is only a few stops from Kyoto station, and a slightly longer walk to Omiya station. They could do with better amenities on hand but there are two large stores nearby and konbini's at the top of the street if you need the essentials.

3 night stay over

Nice hotel with comfortable bedroom. Room had a fridge, microwave and kettle. Nice bathroom with separate toilet. You could also get coffee in the main reception. Had laundry facilities which was ideal Well positioned for the train station.

Booked three nights and only stayed for one. Small room. There's no more space other than a bed. The window has no shade. Huge bed. Pillows are the worse among all. Stain and bad smell. Couldn't use them. Staff was nice. Quite. Two convenience stores around the corner. Bus stop is 2 minutes away.

いつも利用させてもらっています。交通の便がよく、静かで清潔、フロント横のお茶やコーヒーサービスも気に入ってます。今回のコロナ対策では、フロントに体温計は置いてあったものの、特に聞かれることもありませんでした。ただ、体温計を使う場合、一回毎に消毒が必要だと思いました。

静かで落ち着きあるホテル！

新築、アクセス良い、閑静、申し分ないのですが、フロントには夜間不在なので、自分には不慣れな土地、外泊が慣れてないので不安でした。チェックインが遅くなる時は連絡をしないとフロントがいなくなるそうで、連絡を入れてさえすればきちんと対応してくれます。

Quite hotel

The hotel is far from down town, means it is quite. Payable car park just next door. To me, it is too early for the 9 pm check in time. The self-check-in having mistakes that caused me to wait for almost one hour to get the room key. All the rest are ok.

The room seemed very clean, you have everything you need in there if you want to cook something. The beds were comfortable, as well as the fluffy blankets. The bathroom separated the toilet in another room away from the shower. You have a little room where you can shower outside of the bathtub if you wanted. And the small room felt more like a home rather than a room of a hotel. I traveled with my cousin and thought this was the best hotel we stood at yet. I loved it XD

値段がたいへん安かったため、寝られればいいやという気持ちで当日に予約しましたが、良い意味で裏切られました。 フロントの方の応対が丁寧で、チェックインが遅れてしまった事についても快く対応していただけました。 また施設はたいへん清潔で商店街やコンビニも近く、交通の便も良かったです。バストイレ別なところも嬉しいですし、寝具も質が良くぐっすり眠れました。一泊だけの利用でしたが、長く滞在したくなりました。また宿泊させていただきます。
