Check in was quick and easy and they were very helpful. The room was good size, had a great breakfast buffet. Love the big bath tub. Great location to the train station.

The hotel is located next Kyoto station, all attractions were easily accessible. Breakfast was excellent, staffs were kind and helpful. But no laundry machine or spa.
