Amazing traditional Japanese house

The house was great and in perfect condition. Great location as it is 3 min from the Inari shrine and close to the train station which is always helpful. Nothing to complain about except 1 thing: there was no pool table as shown on the photos and we were not told about it. The guy who gave us the keys told us it is being fixed, which is fine but we would have prefered to know beforehand as we were very excited about it.

Lot of things didn't work

We were excited to stay at such a beautiful home, but became increasingly disappointed as we found one thing after another missing or broken. The bathroom sink faucet wouldn't run. Neither tub was usable. The sauna light was burned out. The pillows with the futons didn't have pillow cases. The communication for the check-in procedure was contradictory, causing us to wait outside the gate for 20 minutes for someone who never showed up. And 30 minutes before we were supposed to check out, two strangers appeared at the front door unannounced (while my wife was changing) and loitered there without even knocking, making us wonder if we were about to be home-invaded. At least the place has these cool toilets that salute you when you open the bathroom door.

素晴らしい滞在になりました

豪華な別荘を丸ごと貸し切りで利用できます。 家族3人でしたのでとても使いきれませんでしてが、空間が広く、キッチンもシンクが二つあるほどゆったりですので、まるで別荘に来たように寛げます。ホテル滞在とは全く異なりますね。 歩いてすぐのところに伏見稲荷大社、JR奈良線と京阪本線も5分以内なので電車でもOK、ガレージがあるのでレンタカーでもOK(ただし車高制限あり)、ガレージの中に自転車があるのでサイクリングもOKと完璧。 強いて難点を挙げるとすれば、当然ながらフロントがないのでチェックイン/アウトの時間を予め指定しておく必要があり、その時間に縛られること。とはいえ、変更の要望にも快く応じていただきマイナスにはならず。 ガレージの上に松二本を植え、日本庭園を設える程の土を盛っているのは初めて見ました。 これまで貸し別荘に縁の無かった方にもおすすめです。特に長期滞在される予定ならば最高でしょう。

Awesome house!

This was a great house for our family of 6. It is the entire house, 3 floors, with 4 bedrooms on top floor. Main floor has a combined kitchen/dining room/family room and a separate area with Tamami mats/tea room, and basement has a TV room and a pool table room. House is very nice, very clean, and just 2 minutes from Fushimi Inari Shrine. 2 train stops away from main Kyoto station. Good internet, fast. Any concerns were minor: tricky to adjust water temperature, difficult to figure out microwave/appliances that have only Japanese instructions, only one shower (but non-stop hot water and high pressure). Beautiful garden, 4 bikes for use in garage. Amazing place to stay and to enjoy a luxurious Japanese style home.

とても広い清潔なお部屋でした。 年越しということもあり食材を持ち込み家族5人で過ごしました。 事前にキッチン用品をメールで確認して用意をして行きました。レスポンスが早くとても良かったです。 サウナはとても楽しみでしたが故障していて利用出来ませんでした。 寝室は沢山ありました(笑)5名たったので1人1台ダブルベッド！とてもふかふかでぐっすりでした。 ビリヤードも家族で楽しみました。シアタールームは利用はしませんでしたがもっと大人数ならば楽しめると思います。年明け0時過ぎ伏見稲荷へ。 混雑していましたが良い初詣になりました。 車庫がワンボックスが入らないのが残念でした。年末は 伏見稲荷付近がコインパーキングが1時間1200円以上というところばかりだったので、3つ先の駅近くに停めました。お正月でも１日500円くらいでした！ ホテル前までは車で入れます。 荷物を置いてから駐車しに行きました。 とても居心地のよいヴィラです。 5人ではもったいないくらいでした。

全てにおいて人生で最高の宿泊施設

2〜3泊くらいしたかったと、後になって友人たちと後悔するくらい充実した施設でした。1棟貸しなのでとても広くて綺麗な施設だったこと、伏見稲荷へ歩いていけるという素晴らしい立地条件…。地下にはビリヤードとラウンジコーナーという、贅沢すぎる空間があったこともよかったポイントの１つです。とにかく、いい点はここでは語りきれません！ 次ここに泊まることをメインに予定を決めて京都旅行に来ようと思います！ ありがとうございました！

絕對值回票價的豪華民宿

入住採全自助式，設備充足且幾乎都有附上說明；即便不懂得如何操作，也能迅速上手。 庭園與內部裝潢非常有特色，充滿濃厚的日本風味；但由於villa位於幽靜的住宅區內，回去時須注意音量避免打擾到鄰居。 這間民宿較適合家庭或是多人的團體，這次團員僅6人，空間非常充足，充足到某些寢室或房間並沒有充分利用到，稍嫌可惜。 以這樣的價位和如此的品質，確實值回票價，強烈建議親自到此體驗。

A quiet and spacious villa that can accommodate at least 10 persons. The location is good and just 3 minutes walk to the nearest JR station. The kitchen facility is excellent but will be prefect if more cooking utensil, such as bowls and plates are provided.

舒适安静

酒店的位置就在伏见稻荷大社的侧面，走路过去一分钟。坐车到稻荷站或者伏见稻荷站，步行都是5分钟左右。房子的庭院很漂亮，而且非常安静，设施齐全。不过只有一个浴室对于这么多房间的房子来说有点点小。车库里还准备了自行车，很贴心。是非常local的体验。

다시 방문하고 싶은 타운하우스

아침 일찍 고즈넉한 후시미 이나리 신사를 체험하고 싶으신 분이나 고급 일본 가정집을 체험해 보시고 싶으신 분, 또는 인원 수가 많은 가족 여행을 계획하고 계신 분들께 추천해 드리고 싶습니다. 숙소는 교토역에서 JR나라선으로 두 정거장 정도 걸리는 곳에 위치해 있어서 이동거리 측면에서도 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 후시미 이나리 신사는 정말 거짓말 조금 보태서 지름길로 가면 1분 걸립니다. 집 내부와 외부는 샘플 사진에 나와있는 그대로 였구요, 특히 침구류의 상태와 욕실이 매우 좋았습니다. 목욕을 좋아하신다면 정말 환상의 욕실을 경험하실 수 있으세요 작은 사이즈이긴 하지만 가정집 안에 사우나와 냉탕, 온탕이 모두 구비되어 있었습니다 대중탕의 축소판이더라구요. 어머니와 이모님들을 모시고 간 가족 여행이었는데 목욕탕을 매우 좋아하셨어요. 다만 아쉬운 점은 지하, 1층, 2층, 옥탑방으로 이루어져 있어서 그런지 WI-FI 신호가 많이 약했다는 점입니다. 또 주방시설은 훌륭하지만 조리기구, 예를 들어서 칼이라든지 냄비, 후라이팬 등은 없었어요 음식을 해드실 계획이신 분들은 참고하세요. 몇몇의 아쉬운 점에도 불구하고 다음에 교토에 방문한다면 꼭 다시 가고 싶은 숙소였습니다.

단체여행에 적격

유명한 이나리 신사와 지하철역 근처에 위치하여 이동이 매우 편리하고 동시에 고즈넉한 주택가에 위치해서 일본 특유의 문화와 분위기를 편안하게 느낄 수 있었음. 단독 별장이라 자유롭게 공간 이용도 가능함. 주변에 음식점이 많으나 겨울에는 6시전에 문닫는 곳이 대부분임. 지하철 바로 옆에 편의점 있음. 단, 주방에 냄비나 후라이팬 등의 조리도구가 없음.
