淋浴間大漏水到房間, 沒有做好隔水擋板 洗完澡整個走道都是濕的, 早餐菜色不錯 但點個咖啡要等20分鐘 三個人擠兩個人位置也沒有打算要協助換位 印象很差 不會再訪！

性價比奇低，價格相對高，但房間很少，基本上除了床就沒有太大的走動空間，在BALI是十分奇怪的，地點是很方便，但方便的酒店也太多了。然後我入住了泳池直達的房間，但其實酒店有2個泳池，所謂的直達只是在窗向外走，還接觸不了水，然後那個也不可以稱呼為泳池，因為太小太淺，如果在最低層就叫泳池直達房，其實所有房間都可以這樣叫，令人十分失望。重點是預訂網主頁的那個泳池還不是酒店的，請不要使用假的相片欺騙人，我不明白高分的評價如何出來，總體讓人失望

breakfast is excellent with lots of variety. the rooms are clean! the staff are all pretty and nice and friendly. there are a lot of activities in the hotel. there are a lot of classes for us to join in the hotel. i joined a cycling class one day which the coach bring us to bike around kuta and introduce a lot to us. and i join a aqua fitness class which all people dance in the pool together. i feel so great to stay in this hotel and i will definitely pick this hotel again next time when i come.

1,位於Discovery Mall和Lippon mall中間，步行十分鐘內可到，週邊餐廳，按摩，換錢所，超商密集。 2,前台接待人員親切有禮，入住手續快速，並有專人引導至住房。 3,房間舒適，超大的床，清潔迅速。但淋浴間玻璃門有縫隙，水會滲出。 4,每天下午有不同主題的體驗活動，有四場運動課程，都可免費參加。 5,早餐豐盛，有印尼風味食物。晚間餐廳用餐有表演。 整體cp值高，非常推薦。

Fantastic holiday with friends
I stayed there from 28 Jan to 3 Feb 2019 with two friends. The room was clean, spacious and cozy. Staff were nice, friendly and pleasant. I very much enjoyed the breakfast buffet as there were so many choices, as a vegetarian I especially loved the fresh vegetables, fruits, juices and Indian vegetarian foods, beach view of course a bonus. The hotel located in downtown, many restaurants, currency exchange and shops within walking distance, very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay!

酒店比較機場在庫塔的頭段，酒店很新很乾淨，如果下次住我會選擇住高級房，因為只有高級房可以在sands restaurant 享用早餐，普通房只可享用印尼口味早餐，游泳池有三個，1pm-4pm happy hour飲品有buy one get one free!

位置方便，附近鄰近購物區，步行至Discovery mall and waterbom也只需5-10分鐘的路程。 酒店房間整潔，我原本訂了房間直達泳池，酒店突然upgrade我們的房間轉為直達水池，我原本訂這房間是打算打開房間門就跳進泳池游泳，現在做不到，這不是我的意願，酒店胡亂更改客人的要求，有點失望。另外，我在入住前多次email酒店查詢一些問題，他們一直沒有回覆。除此之外，其他一切不錯。

必住渡假酒店，有再訪會再入住！
這間酒店是我目前住過的酒店裡給予評價最高的酒店，在環境來說，它是週遭飯店裡最出色的，擁有乾淨廣大的室外空間以及給人舒服的感受，能夠營造出渡假的氛圍，員工的服務則是我給最高評的主因，光住這三天我每天都能看到所有的員工認真的清潔，除草，整理泳池，還有面帶微笑的對於每個入住的客人，讓我們真的很喜歡這間飯店，而且再來峇里島時肯定會再入住這間飯店！對了，泳池的無限制開放使用真的是非常好的一個決定，因為這能讓我們在逛完街回到飯店晚上十點多還能使用到泳池，坐在水上沙發看著星空放鬆，我們真的很愛這樣的感覺！謝謝你們，也請繼續維持下去，員工才是飯店最好的資產！ 早餐必吃！三天都換不同菜色還有現點現打果汁跟現點現做餐點，坐在室內室外都能看著大海用餐真的是一大享受！

It is worth. New hotel, good area, good price
The hotel is in Kuta area, there are just a few hotel in Kota has private beach. The beach area is small and not good view. Even that in general the hotel is very good. Room is.not big but clean and good atmosphere. Many swimming pool inside hotel, hotel area is quite big. Hotel is in very convenient area in Kuya center. Many restaurants, massage, convenient stores around. Breakfast is acceptable, food quality is not very good. Fly is the problem but it is not avoidable because it is Kuta area. I recommend to have breakfast in the restaurant near by the beach. Less fly there.
