远离海滩，商业区，交通不方便。服务不好，几天不更换床单。早餐太简单。Far away from the beach, the business district. Survice is not good. Traffic is not convenient. A few days do not change the sheets. Breakfast is too simple.

床單有點污漬 其他的還好
酒店會設有接駁巴士到一些景點(有指定時間),也可以要求服務台職員替你叫藍鳥的士。酒店早餐味道不錯，泳池也挺乾淨。我們乘搭夜機所以在前一天預先預約了酒店的Balinese Massage,退了房也可以，酒店會幫你存放行李。按摩的體驗不錯，挺舒服令人放鬆。酒店後面停車場也有一間超市賣東西很便宜。

價格便宜，可是架構不4星的4星酒店
優點：價格便宜。早餐有誠意，選擇性算多。步行到海邊只要15分鐘。 缺點：酒店架構複雜，屬開放性的酒店，酒店範圍內有很多閒雜人等。其中一位櫃檯人員態度糟糕。

在“马蜂窝”点入住时间8月26日后进入这家酒店预订，这时候酒店显示的是最低价格时间7月10日，结果导致没有更改时间，当然是没有入住，也不能退款。坑爹哈

是一個好的地點、早餐也非常棒、但畢竟房間不是villa所以裝潢沒有特別的華麗，但是簡單方便非常值得去住的！早餐真的不錯吃

可能下層尾房，有點吵和不太乾淨！ 房的燈光很暗，只是幾個小時待在房沒有換！ 附近沒有飯店，坐5~10mins taxi 就到市中心！ 要住上層比較好！

物超所值的選擇
還未入住時，我們對於飯店的期望是：只要乾淨舒適即可，當我們一到飯店Lobby Check in時，感覺就很不一樣，接持人員親切的服務；飯店整體也很新穎，房間內也如我們所期望的乾淨舒適，加上設施也很多元，這一切都超過我們所付出的，是一間值得再去的飯店，唯一美中不足的地方，在於週圍的商場還未招商齊全，以致飯店外感覺有點冷清，不過整體來說，真的是物超所值。

Our suite was lovely and conveniently situated by the pool on the main floor. Reception staff was Excellent. Very attentive and helpful with booking Grab for transportation.

We had a terrible holiday in the hotel, around the pool the drainage was broken and my daughter’s foot got stuck into that broken one, unfortunately it ripped her toe nail off. We had to go to the hospital to have an operation and get it removed. Upon arrival I was given two rooms with no windows ( was not advertised that they have no windows) which was the first shock, negotiated with the manager who refused completely to offer anything eventhough it’s clearly their fault.( falsely advertised) Had a meeting with Sale Director who offered a King queen room ( only has two twin beds) I was offered a rollaway bed. Mind you my family is 6 people I had to squeeze in this room to move on with our holiday( no money difference was offered to us at all, when I asked for money difference I was told this room is a better room than the standard triple room( please note I paid for two rooms which is definately higher than the room they gave me) What I was really surprised with , at the time of the pool incident they left us there ( daughter was bleeding) they got a lot of workers to change all the broken drains around the pool. During the stay they were a lot of organised student groups who were very noisy and disrespectful ( taking videos of us, knocking the door in the early morning and night and running away) Locals were also taking our stuff from our terrace , using our terrace to sit and smoke at our chairs outside. No cereal for kids except under 4y (find it very weird)

Generally ok. Let down by area, had to pay for the airport shuttle (I’m sure I read if you spend over $250 it’s free!), no local within 5km radius shuttle as advertised, beach shuttle only and when I asked to use it ‘there was no driver so it’s not going’ room was ok. Smelt a bit musty when we first walked in, then air conditioner stopped working and only circulated room air. Pool ok. Area around pool not great. No room to move about. Majority of staff amazing and very helpful. You get what you pay for I guess. Cheap enough.

Great location. The hotel is a little run down and could do with some upgrading. The bathroom tiles had mould on them and cracks. Beds werent very comfortable but the rooms were spacious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Couldnt fault the food. Good price for food and drinks. The pool was great. The rooms arent very sound proof so can be noisy at times.

Hotel linen was not clean, bed had been made but linens were not clean, spa services were not available, shuttle was limited, the room smelt of mildew and ammonia, the area was too far from the main areas of Kuta and the hotel shuttle was not as advertised, was not worth the money we paid, will not be staying there again.

Amazing and budget friendly
We stayed here for 4 nights. The breakfast buffet was great, many options for food including vegetarian. The pool was clean and not too deep either. The actual room was spacious however it could benefit from some renovation. Overall, amazing stay for the price.

Only thing we wasn’t happy with was the air conditioner no matter if it was set to 20 or 18 it didn’t seem to make any difference very hot, sleeping overnight

写真のような綺麗な感じではなく、水道からは一瞬茶色い水が出て怖くなり家族で歯磨きや手洗いもミネラルウォーターを使っていました。ファミリールームはベッドの数は足りていましたが，全員で座ってくつろげる椅子もなく、なかなか不便でした。でも安いし，毎日朝食はついていたし、値段なりかなと思います。

Not as nice as the pictures
My family and I staying in a family room with Twin beds pushed together and bunk beds. There were no windows in the room so it was like a cave. The room service was ok, when they cleaned the room they just made the bed and did basic clean of the bathroom. They didn't clean the floor and forgot to give us towels and TP a couple times. It was nice that there was a gym, a small playground and playroom for the kids. However the playroom had a smell of rat poop and the toys including the ball pit were dirty and not well cared for. Both of my small children got fevers right after playing in the playroom and we didn't go back there. The out door play ground was ok, but very dirty, my kids clothes were stained black from playing there a short time. The breakfast buffet was just ok, the only thing that stood out was the Indian food options they had, but there was only a couple of them. The pool was ok and there are a few swim up bar stools. The room service menu had more options than the previous hotel we stayed that the food was good. The only other complaint we had was a few of the nights there were people and children running the halls and screaming between 12am and 2am and we had to call security to complain multiple times. But it was a decent hotel for only $55 a night.

Great local buffet service
The hotel needs updating but was clean and good value for a budget stay. The best part is the buffet service in the morning- I was thrilled and experienced like a Hawaiian luau with many choices. If you are on a budget, this is the place to go.

Staff were friendly but understaffed. Had to wait for close to an hour to check in as there was lots of guests but 1 staff member servicing check ins. Safe was not functional. Lots of security on premise - it was a place to sleep however a lot to be improved in terms of a modern refresh, cleanliness and guest servicing times.

Comfort and rest obtained at Kuta Central Park
Fourth time I have used this hotel. Exceptional level Of comfort. Always overly compensated in regards to attention given and services provided by friendly welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast with the proposition of special orders if you don’t find what your after.

一白しかしてないけどとてもよかった！ 値段も私が泊まった時は1800円いかないくらいで泊まれ、天井が高く部屋も広い。ここに泊まる前、別の場所で6泊したが、こちらに泊まれば良かったとかなり本気で思った。 アメニティもある程度あるし、ドライヤーの風も問題ない、お風呂は使ってないためわからないが、仕切りもあり特に問題なさそう。部屋の照明もいい感じだし、とにかく良かった！ただ他の人のコメントにもあるように、大きいホテルで泊まってるのも外人が多いため、少し場違い感が生まれるのかもと思った。
