"Everything is spacious; the room, onsen, hallways, stairs, reception area, car park and restaurant. Staff were very friendly. They successfully communicated English. The solid building and decor is nostalgically 20th century. The well built building means the room was very quiet."

"We had a great stay at Ryokan Kiraku. First, the service is excellent! Even my son noticed: "Everyone is running!" They happily stored our bags when we arrived before check-in.
