"First of all, I think the property listing on Expedia should be removed. It was an hour + cab ride from the airport (100 uds), even the cab driver said he had never been to that part of osaka. Then, 3 flights of stairs with luggage, no elevator, impossible to figure out the key to get in, chef from the restaurant next door had to contact them and get it figured out, in japanese, of course. The room was musty and smelled of mildew, took half a day with a/c full blast and patio door open to...

Top Kumatori Hotel Reviews

Hiyori Hotel Osaka Namba Station

10/10 Excellent

"The hotel was in a great location very close to Namba station, though the rooms were small the amenities made up for it. Facial masks, bubble bath satches, coffee machine in the lobby, the room had a foot spa and even a curling wand/ straightener!! Highly recommend this property - loved it!!"

THE RISE OSAKA UNIVERSAL BAYSIDE

10/10 Excellent

"Great value, close to Universal Studios Japan (on train stop or 15min walk). Our family of 5 was very comfortable there, it was clean, spacious, and the kitchen area and laundry were great to have. Automatic check in process was smooth (we provided our passport info as requested ahead of time) and the included set breakfast was large (western or Japanese option) which is great since we travelled with tweens/teens."

Centara Grand Hotel Osaka

10/10 Excellent

"Good base for Osaka visit, close to public transport, the Namba Parks shopping centre and Dotonbori. Rooms are cleaned every day and are well appointed and comfortable. The staff are super friendly for a large hotel, and the gym is good (hint - you have the room, add a couple more machines!). We enjoyed our stay and would return again."
